Portfolio of b&w photographic portraits taken by Christian Coigny who, from 1987 to 1997, photographed more than 130 personalities of the cultural world seated on Vitra furniture, as part of Vitra promotion of its design brand. (Think: the 1970 divas who wore mink for Blackglama's "What becomes a Legend Most" campaign.) The printed folder with Vitra logos holds 21 portraits, undated circa 1992, each measuring 11.5 x 16.5", the most prominent being: Keith Haring, Patricia Highsmith, Roman Polanski, Billy Wilder, Dennis Hopper and Frank Gehry. Folder is lightly soiled and scuffed. Individual photos are nice, some with margins soiled. Very Good. Item #013974
