Unlike the UK firsts that were exclusively and uniformly published by Heinemann - with the same dustjacket artist, James Broom-Lynn - the US editions had different publishers, different formats and different dustjacket artists. Each of the 12 volumes and its dustjacket are at least very good or better condition with any flaws noted below. 1) A Question of Upbringing.
