Sometimes referred to as first edition, second issue, sometimes second edition, this is the 1749 printing with errata corrected and a full list of contents for all six volumes printed in the beginning of Volume 1. Apparently, in its original binding of full mottled calf, gilt double ruled front and back with brown grain leather spine with gilt titles and devices. Some minimal wear to covers and some spotting here and there. Still, a sound, unsophisticated set of the original edition. Very Good. Item #012911
