Bound by Jane Grabhorn and Sally Hoyem. Plain dustjacket has some loss at spine ends, and its spine is tanned and written on it in plain block letters is title/ author/ publisher. Laid-in is ALS on Auerhahn letterhead to a collector from publisher Andrew Hoyem informing collector the title has sold out but which bookseller might still have mutiple copies. Fine / Very Good.
