Includes reports on all conduct of morality: reflections on the new year, gaming, the third commanement; reports on foreign missions; poetry; obituaries (including a report on a fatal duel in Camden NC); and, a proclamation from President Madison. Distributed largely by subscription through N. Elliot in Catskill, NY, Dodge and Sayre New York, E. F.
