Pictorial covers in color (of the Half Moon) , measures approx, 7.25" x 9.25", red/white/blue cord-tied, unpaginated (40 pages) full page duptone portraits each with printed greetings and facsimile signatures of President Theodore Roosevelt, Charles W. Fairbanks, Vice President, Eugene Hoffman, third president of the Association and George Williams, Columbia County native who later became Chief Justice of the Oregon Territory in 1853, followed by the menu, the program of speakers, and then six more portraits of celebrated Columbia County natives or residents: Samuel J. Tilden (who brought down Tamany Hall), Martin Van Buren (eighth President), David S. Cowles, William Van Ness (Aaron Burr's second in his duel with Alexander Hamilton). Chancellor Robert Livingtson, who funded Gulton's construction of the Cleremont, the first steam vessel, and a portrait of the Clermont. Laid in are two other pieces: one page sheet with the lyrics to the Star-Spangled Banner, America and Auld Land Syne (which were sung at the banquet); and, a one-sheet, two fold list of officers and members (alphabetically) of the Association.
