In rare dustacket which is clear acetate front and back panel and rear flap, but the front panel is paper attached with descriptive text of book as is the custom. The acetate has "shrunk" over time. Black leather covers press in oval-centric pattern in green which is slighly worn. Slight foxing to a prelim otherwise internals are quite nice. Classic tale of masochistic love.
